This dog tag is double-sided; one side has Bucky's information, the other has Steve's. Most of the stats come from the movie; the address is the fake one that Steve gave to Dr. Erskine, Bucky's serial number is the one that he is muttering when Steve rescues him, and Steve's serial number is the same as the ones on the dog tags worn in the movie.
